tengok email if ada parcel notification dari Dealmates. Haram. Asyik yang ada
new things je. Ah jangan harap aku nak beli selagi tak dapat berus mekap Bobbi
Brown. Dah la kawan aku si Ulfa tu pun tumpang beli…juga termasuk bekas berus
Bobbi Brown..jadi RM yang dah ditolak dari akaun aku sudah terbang RM400 lebih.
Aduh geramnya.
Bertambah geram scarf Zara color fuchsia pun tak tiba2.
Hari tu ada borak dengan Zcat pasal Dealmates. Dia kata nak
beli power bank sebab murah tapi cancel. Katanya lagi perasan kalau order
barang dengan Dealmates dan barang itu akan dihantar oleh pihak diorang sendiri
(office kat MidValley) mesti lambat. Mesti ada problem. Kami saspek diorang ni
ambil order banyak2 dulu baru diorang pergi beli dalam jumlah yang besar. Katakan
barang tu dari U.S. mesti nak kena shipping kan lepastu kena tax kastam bagai..
In the end orang macam aku ni yang dah order sejak bulan Jan
2013 tak dapat2. Apa cerita? Out of stock katanya….kenapa jadi macam ni? Sila jelaskan…..!

Yelah aku pun tiba2 teringat masa order mascara Max Factor
tu mahu nak 3 bulan baru dapat. Gila. Lepastu kes Bobbi Brown aku ni pun sama
juga. Kan,…macam mana aku boleh terkena sekali lagi ni. Nampaknya kemampuan
menganalisis aku dah kurang. Sebab kalau order barang, tapi dihantar pihak
ketiga…cepat je aku dapat. Kalau balas email pun cepat. Kat Dealmates ni kena
tunggu masuk server dulu…adala auto reply email. Lepas tu berhari-hari baru
dapat email balasan. Yang tak boleh blah siap tanya aku apa pendapat aku atas time
laps balas jawab yang diterima,....no no no je… aku memang tak puas hati. Lembab!
Tapi sampai sekarang aku tak call diorang tanya khabar
barang2 aku sebab aku malas. Malas nak bertekak. Aku masih bersabar…

Ye, saya pun mengalami benda yg sama, so next time, if nk purchase at dealmate, just buy service instead of product.
BalasPadamsaya hanya dapat jawapan pada jumaat lepas. iaitu 14 hari selepas email dihantar. dan katanya by april pulak.

Same experience. Barang I pun xdapat2 sampai sekarang. Lousy company, bad customer service. Moredeals pun sama. Barang I dah habis tempoh sepatutnya dia hantar barang, sampai sekarang tak dapat. Mmg penipu.
